Terms & Conditions

The rules that govern every container rental.

Last updated: January 2026

Acceptance

By requesting or accepting delivery of a container, you agree to these terms along with any written quote or rental agreement provided at booking.

Rental Period

The standard rental period is fourteen calendar days from delivery unless stated otherwise in your quote. Extensions are billed at the daily rate then in effect and must be requested before the scheduled pickup.

Placement and Access

The customer is responsible for identifying a safe, legal placement location and for ensuring clear access on delivery and pickup days. Vehicles, gates, low branches and parked equipment blocking access may result in a dry-run charge.

Surface Damage

Roll-off containers and delivery trucks are heavy. While we plank under container rails as standard practice, the customer accepts responsibility for damage to driveways, aprons, curbs, sidewalks, lawns, septic systems and underground utilities at the requested placement location.

Prohibited Materials

Hazardous waste, liquids, paint, solvents, fuel, oil, pesticides, asbestos, medical waste, tires, batteries, propane tanks and appliances containing refrigerant may not be placed in any container. The customer is responsible for all costs, fines and remediation resulting from prohibited materials.

Weight Limits and Loading

Debris must not be loaded above the top rail of the container. Overloaded containers cannot be legally transported and may require the customer to remove material before pickup. Weight in excess of the stated allowance is billed at the disposal facility per-ton rate.

Ownership

Containers remain the property of Countrywide Dumpster Rental Florence at all times. Containers may not be moved, modified, painted or relocated by the customer.

Payment

Payment terms are set at booking. Overage, extension and dry-run charges are invoiced after service. Past-due balances may accrue interest as permitted by Kentucky law.

Cancellation

Cancellations made before dispatch are free of charge. Once a truck has been dispatched, a trip charge may apply.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from a rental is limited to the amount paid for that rental. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including project delays.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
