Dumpster Rental Questions, Answered
How quickly can you deliver a dumpster in Florence?
In most cases we can deliver same day if you call before mid-morning, and next-day delivery is standard. Storm weeks and the spring remodeling rush move faster, so book ahead when you can.
What size dumpster do I need?
Most home projects fit a 20 yard container. Roofing and concrete jobs use a 10 or 15 yard because of weight. Call us with a short description of the project and we will size it honestly.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Our standard rental period is 14 days. Extensions are available by the day at a modest rate; just let us know before the scheduled pickup.
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
We place wood planking under the container rails to distribute weight. That prevents almost all issues, though asphalt that is soft in summer heat always carries some risk.
What can't I put in the dumpster?
No paint, solvents, oil, fuel, pesticides, asbestos, tires, batteries or propane tanks. Appliances with refrigerant need certified removal first.
Do you charge by weight?
Each container includes a tonnage allowance stated in your quote. Overage is billed per ton at the disposal facility rate, with no markup games.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. Just mark the placement spot with a cone, a piece of cardboard or a text with a photo, and make sure the area is clear of vehicles.
Do you serve areas outside Florence?
Yes. We cover Boone County, Kenton County and Campbell County, including Burlington, Union, Walton, Erlanger, Independence, Hebron, Fort Mitchell, Covington and Newport.
Do you need a permit?
Only if the container sits in a public street or sidewalk. On your own driveway, no permit is required in our service area.
How do I pay?
We accept major credit cards and provide invoicing for established commercial accounts. Payment is arranged at booking.
